Ocean Colour Scene reshedule Llandudno and add Cardiff Date

Ocean Colour Scene have rescheduled their date at Llandudno's Venue Cymru from the 1st of October 2010 to the 10th of February 2011, as well as adding a date at The Great Hall, Cardiff University the following night on the 11th of February 2011.

The band will be playing their classic album Moseley Shoals in its entirety on this tour. Please see a statement from the band below:

We wanted this year to be about celebrating 21 years as a band, which we have documented in the box set 21.

However it was always a plan to release a deluxe 2CD version of Moseley Shoals and support this by playing the album in its entirety. We have taken the decision to rearrange the tour into two parts. We will celebrate 21 in Glasgow, Manchester and London.

In February we will go back to Birmingham to where it all began as well as some of the great venues that have played a part in our history as a live band, and play the album live the way it was recorded note for note.

In a way this is a thank you to everyone who has supported the band for all this time . We then plan to take time off to record the new album ready to release it in time for the summer festivals.

Tickets for the re-arranged dates in Bristol, Nottingham, Leeds, Llandudno, Norwich and Birmingham will be valid for the new dates in February 2011 or can be refunded from the point of purchase.  All ticketholders will be contacted directly.

The added shows in Newcastle, Cardiff, Southampton & Liverpool will go on sale at 9am on Friday 3rd September.
